About Charlie

I am a fun and friendly teacher of English, philosophy, yoga, meditation, as well life coaching and addiction coaching. I approach each student in an extremely personal way, and find out exactly what they need before creating a plan going forward.

I have 8 years experience in various teaching fields; I have taught a wide range of classes and have all relevant qualifications.

I am also a writer, and try to write self-help work for people struggling with addiction or mental health issues. I am sober and have been practising a spiritual life since I was a young child.

My main goal in life is to be happy, healthy, learn about the truth of the universe, and help others achieve what they wish to achieve.

I believe spiritual practice, language learning, and being free from addiction should be available to those from all backgrounds, so get in touch if you cannot pay my fees and we can discuss options.

About the lesson

Typically I like to have a session with you where you tell me what you need and want from me. From here I will create a plan for you to approve, with the kinds of things we will cover going forward. Then we will follow through with this plan, practising the techniques you are hoping to learn along the way.
