About Rebecca
I am a mom, Special Education teacher of 19 years, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Usui Reiki Master Teacher, RYT 500 yoga teacher, Trauma Certified, and children’s yoga teacher. I specialize in working with clients who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, Addiction recovery, Autism Spectrum, ADD/ADHD and Learning Disabilities. I am also currently pursuing my graduate degree in Social Work at Arizona State University online MSW.
I am passionate about helping people learn how to heal themselves.

I work one on one with my clients and students. We have an informal 15-30 min phone consult to determine if it is the right fit for both of us. From there we schedule a time to meet for our first session that is convenient for our schedules. I assess where you are at in your personal healing journey and we proceed from there. I always take the student from where they are at and set goals to help them grow. No two students are alike.
