About Hannah
Hannah Grace is a certified, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT® 200). Her classes emphasize correct alignment for improving posture and a gentle approach to building strength. She teaches beginner-friendly yoga, restorative yoga, yoga for women, and meditation.
Before beginning her yoga journey, she had extensive training in ballet technique which gave her a unique awareness of the way the entire body—from the tips of the toes to the crown of the head—must work in harmony to achieve strength and balance. She works to transfer this awareness to her students in all of her classes.
