Oh My Gosh WOW, where do I start! I’m 50 years young & I was amazed how Courtney’s yoga classes are structured. I attended several classes in LA just off Santa Monica Pier & on the Beach. It was an amazing experience as her classes were educational as she instructed us into each position while exposing to us the understanding when to breath in and out through our nose. I will point out that you automatically go into a relaxed mental state when at the beach but Courtney’s Savasana class on the beach allowed my mind and body to gradually enter a relaxed state that I can’t even explain, talk about clarity, hearing the ocean more clearer then ever.
