All sessions are LIVE with me via Zoom. I offer a Holistic 90 Day Awakening & Empowerment Program that combines LIVE Private (1-1) Holistic Life Coaching Sessions, plus Yoga and Meditation to finally bring your Spirit, Mind & Body to a place of Positive Balance.

I am grateful to be able to share the wisdom and insights I have been blessed to received over the lasted 20 years. I help people who have tried different paths and styles of Yoga, Meditation, Energy Healing, Self-Help books, Life Coaches and Teachers, etc. but still feel they have not found what they are looking for.

Once you find true inner peace and joy, there is really nothing else to do but inspire others to do the same. I am grateful to be able to share the wisdom and insights I have been blessed to received over the lasted 20 years.

I have been practicing for 20 years and teaching for 12. I am a Certified Traditional Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Holistic Life Coach & Yoga Teacher E-RYT 500
