About Lisa
FitChix KC is personal training, wellness coaching and group fitness classes. I train out of my home or at your home or gym. Online training and FaceTime training is also available. This is a results driven program whether it be for weight loss, toning, strength, flexibilty or balance. Every "body" is different and each program is cutomized toward YOUR goals!
