About Nina
This practice is very sacred yet very common around the world. I like to bring yoga back to its root, and in the same way ensure that every individual is experiencing the full awakening benefits of yoga all around.
Teaching yoga is my way of evolving the world one conscious mind at a time. I feel that it is such an empowering thing to guide someone to themselves. To teach someone to connect with their higher self. It brings me joy to see people expand themselves as individuals and enlighten the world around them.
I started teaching Yoga after multiple people viewed my YouTube channel and requested I teach them what I know. I looked into schools for certification, not long after I decided to pursue Yoga as a career due to how empowering it has been for me as an individual.
I have actively practiced yoga for 8 1/2 years now. Everything that I know I have taught myself through countless books, online tutorials/classes, along with teachers from local yoga studios. I am currently taking an online class for my 200-hour Teacher Training Yoga Certification. I have taken extensive classes for multiple types of meditation, chakras, crystal healing, and more.

With any new student I want to know what basic goal that student is working towards, whether it's gaining flexibility, toning the body, or just simply finding mindfulness. Once I am aware of my student's goal I will make it my goal to provide all that I know to ensure to guide my student in the right path.
I have worked with a variety of students ranging from 18-60 years old. Dance students to beginner yoga students along with students who have never done yoga. I am an extremely understanding and patient instructor. I am versatile with my students and will take my time to ensure that my students get the utmost benefits of yoga all around.
The advice that I would give to a student looking to hire a teacher would be to look for someone who is qualified for what you are looking for, a teacher who shares the same values as you. Look for someone you are able to easily connect with, this is who you will be learning from, make sure you understand each other. Lastly ask yourself if they have a genuine love for yoga? You will learn best from someone who is genuinely interested and connected with what they teach.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Some questions to think through before speaking with a teacher about your needs would be if you have any major medical/health concerns? Do you have any past major injuries (broken leg, fractured wrist, head injuries, etc.) ? Are you a drinker/smoker? How would your current lifestyle affect your practice?
