About Kimberly
I offer personalized instruction to help you get started or to work with specific needs in your body/life. The environment is quiet and well stocked wirh the appropriate props. You will feel safe and supported.
The best reward as a teacher is the change and confidence that grows in the teacher / student relationship. My goal is to bring to light the abilities that are already born within an individual and to guide them to be their best version of themselves.
I have a 500 hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) certification with the Yoga Alliance organization. I currently teach approximately 10-12 private and group sessions weekly in private settings and local studios.
I am also a certified Pilates Instructor with the Pilates Method Alliance.
