About Christal
I am so passionate about yoga as a lifestyle as well as a physical fitness outlet! The ideals and principles we cultivate together in our yoga sessions can improve health and quality of life. I believe yoga practice can make the world a better place. I offer asana (physical yoga posture) instruction for strength and flexibility that is deeply infused with pranayama (breath work) and meditation. I also specialize in bhakti (devotional) yoga, and incorporate this musical and loving practice into my into my teaching style.

I live to help people find deeper meaning and joy in their lives. It is also so rewarding to see the physical benefits of a student’s yoga practice blossom. Every time I teach I learn so much in the process. It makes me a better teacher, student, person and yogini. It is humbling and inspiring!

I base all of my services and lessons on the goals, experience and interests of the individual(s) seeking a lesson. I even like to make unique yoga playlists for each of my clients! All of this information will be gathered before the session via phone/text or email so I can prepare to guide the client through their first lesson! As sessions continue we will keep customizing and tailoring the lessons by reviewing goals, likes and dislikes, and making adjustments accordingly.

I had an excellent experience. I felt very comfortable and empowered. I learned corrrect techniques to achieve some of the more difficult yoga poses. It was well worth it to have a private instructor.
Christal was such a fantastic yoga partner/mentor for me! I am more a weightlifter and action sports enthusiast so I never saw myself as a yogi, but Christal instructed me through an amazing experience of acroyoga that I found to be extremely engaging and fun; something I never thought I would say about yoga. Through the duration of our session I feel like I learned and gained so much!
