About Caroline
I am a professional ballerina and experienced group fitness and movement instructor based in Las Vegas, NV. I've been dancing professionally for over seven years, which led to me finding both indoor cycling and yoga as forms of healthy cross training. Since then I've received indoor cycling instructor training via Jen Barnet and Amber Strauser at XCYCLE Las Vegas, and recently completed my RYT 200 Yoga Certification with Kelsey Sellmann at Body Heat Yoga. I have a passion for teaching people and guiding them towards a healthy lifestyle. I believe yoga is one of the best forms of exercise both for mind and body, and nothing is more rewarding than seeing progress in a student's practice. I would love to become a part of your team.
