About Sybil
I am a yoga and barre instructor and certified holistic health coach in Delta Township. I teach yoga and barre classes through Delta Township Parks and Recreation. My classes are held in the enrichment center. Please call the Parks and Recreation department (concealed information) to register for Gentle Yoga Flow, Barre Fitness, Intermediate Yoga Flow or Awesome Abs and Better Backs with Sybil.

When you come to class, you will be greeted into a warm and friendly environment. Please tell me if you have any injuries that may limit your yoga or barre practice.
I always offer modifications and variations to make the practice accessible to all students.
