About Jennifer

We have been voted best studio in 2018-2019 , we are located in Langley, and have recently moved to the by appointment only.

We are here to meet you wherever you are on your journey. We work with you one on one.

We have life coaching for those who are interested in moving forward in their life.

I love working with people to grow, where they can see their blind spots in their bodies or their lives and create something different.

I have 15 years experience working with people's bodies and training them, I have spent many years in leadership based roles with coaching, and transformational work to support them in their lives.

About the lesson

I find out what they want first, with them based on where they are in their movement or their life we work to create more of what they want.
