About Christina
I specialize on both the physical benefits and the mental benefits of the practice. I am a highly accomplished professional who has used yoga to reach many goals for clients on and off the mat. I focus on finding what works for each client and turning it in to a life long practice.
I love seeing people do things they didn't think they could. I love seeing clients stand taller and confidently as they experience the Benefits of yoga on and off the mat.

Perfect! I love the classes I’ve attended. My favorite so far is Wednesday afternoon class with Jessie.
