About Sundey
Organic Functional Fitness is the FIRST Fitness Studio on the island of Kauai.
Owner, Sundey Allan, is a Master Trainer in many modalities of fitness and has written/created her own licenses/formats/theories to optimize results and performance.
Functional Fitness concepts are the skeleton of all we do- protecting the body from injury while scorching fat/calories. We don't keep formats singular- for instance, Yoga, Barre, Spinning, TRX, etc. We fuse them to add elements that help you hit that endorphin high while seeing results where you want them most.
