About Lauren
I've been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 10 - most of those years being in NYC until moving bc of shutdown last year. I really know what I am doing and can help you build smartly and strongly and guide you to get exactly what you need out of the practice.
Everything except maybe marketing! :)
I did my 200 hour training in Bali in 2011 after practicing yoga for 10 years to build a really strong foundation before teaching. I then returned to NYC to teach there and completed the 500 Hour Professional Program at YogaWorks in 2013. I taught full-time in Manhattan until 2020 and am now teaching at Renegade Yoga Studio here in beautiful Knoxville!

I've worked with all types of students physically but personality-wise I work with students who are open, kind, looking to find a sense of peace, want to build strength, and love to laugh!
