About Zheni
I am a certified 250hr Multi-Style Yoga instructor, Guided Meditation teacher, Aerial Yoga trainer and Flexibility coach for professional athletes, dancers and performers.
I am lifelong athlete and an European gold medalist whose career began as a professional Rhythmic Gymnast for the National Team of Bulgaria. My unique and intense training gave me the competitive advantage to become an excellent aerial acrobat and performer. For the past 20 years, I traveled the world and helped many artists, gymnast, and dancers improve their flexibility, strength, and balancing and performing skills.
I completed my yoga training course sponsored by Yoga Alliance in Bali, Indonesia.
My passion it’s to teach and help my students to reach their goals and achieve mindfulness and self-love.
The classes are one hour long and can be attended by anyone regardless of fitness level or age. Options will be provided for those who are just getting started. The classes will be multi-style type of yoga and will include traditional Hatha yoga ( tradition postures), vinyasa (body flow), yin(flexibility), pranayama(breathing’s techniques)and will finish off with Shavasana( meditations).
The goal is the participants to strengthen their entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

I love to connect whit my clients and help them physically and mentally reach their goals and prove themselves that nothing is impossible.
The past 20 years, I have traveled around the world performing as an aerialist, helping many of my co-workers improve their flexibility, strength, balance, and performing skills. I start to teach after I get my certification in Bali by Yoga Alliance.
I love to connect whit my clients and be able to help them physically and mentally.
I’m certified 200hr Multi-Style Yoga trainer and 50hr Guided Meditation Instructor by Yoga Alliance.

The first step I do when I start to work with new client is to find out what is his/her goals, if he/she have any injuries in the past or present and what I should focus to meet their needs.The class is multi-style yoga one hour long and can be attended by anyone regardless of fitness level or age.
I have worked whit all age, fitness level and gender.
Recently I had a class at the park and my clients bring their kids as well. We had variations of age, fitness level and was so much fun.
