At Universal Yoga we work creatively and compassionately, using a combination of different yogic styles to ensure that our lessons together are perfectly suited to you (and only you). Offering yoga that suits your individual needs means that you can focus less on what’s expected, and more on what will help you to thrive.

1:1 yoga sessions help to support or stretch you at the level that’s right for your strengths and capabilities, meaning that you can grow at the pace that is the very best for your body.

200 hour registered yoga teacher of ashtanga vinyasa

300 hour advanced teacher of therapeutic yoga

Specializing in yoga and meditation for resilience and mental health.

Additional workshops and education in yin and restorative yoga, trauma sensitive yoga, and accessible yoga

About the lesson

First, give us a call or schedule a time for us to call you. We'll consult on the phone to make sure we're the right fit.

Next, we come to your home (or video call) for an introductory session. We'll assess your needs and explore what you're looking for in a yoga practice.

From there, we create a plan to work together once, twice, or three times per week, with yoga sessions that are perfectly tailored to your body and your life.
