About Grace
I believe in preventative medicine and improving the quality of our lives through yogic practices. I offer meditation, vinyasa flow, yin yoga (stimulating Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians), and pranayama (breathing exercises). Yoga Certifications: RYT-200hr; Yin Yoga 30 hr; Hot Yoga
Edu: BA French Lit (SUNY Albany); AA Liberal Arts (Seattle Central CC); Corporate Business Fundamentals (NYU-SCPS)
I love the feeling of groundedness, energy and peace that yoga brings to my life. I'm passionate about sharing these practices with my students so that they can carry them through to their every day routines. I teach with the goal of incorporating yogic practices into my students' lives to foster a better quality of life and lessen the physical and mental impact of stress.
