About Jessica
Yoga practice has a myriad of health benefits. Whether your wanting to get a workout, looking to ease your back pain or looking for some peace of mind in a chaotic world. Centered Healing Yoga stands out because every class is personalized for your specific needs and goals. My name is Jessica and I am a 500 hour yoga teacher, verified by Yoga Alliance. I have been teaching for four years and understanding my students and guiding them through they're yoga journey is what I am passionate about. Whether this is your first time stepping on a mat or if your an experienced yogi, I would like to help you unlock your full potential.
Alothough I have practiced and taught many forms of yoga targeted for specific needs, I do specialize in beginner yoga. I enjoy showing people how yoga can improve their lives and see the improvements little by little through practice. Follow me on Facebook and Instagram @centeredhealingyoga
