About Victoria

My service stands out amongst the rest for the passion to create a pathway to find freedom with healthy movement/meditation and individualized practices based on students needs. Throughout 8 years of experience I have found that the studio enviroment is not suitable for everyone because everyone does not have the same body capabilities. Private lessons allow full attention to be on the student ensuring that one is comfortable, safe and in proper alignment in Asanas to promote the best experience possible.

I enjoy being able to bring a sense of peace and self love in this chaotic world that we live in. To be able to turn stress into strength and bringing power of awareness back into the mind, body and soul of the individual.

3 years ago I was in a plane crash, going through the medical system I realized the lack of individualized care. Through my own healing process this sparked the passion to share with others how to recover and create a roadmap to wellness.

8 years of experience of Yoga/Pilates. Barefoot Girl Yoga certified in Vinyasa and Restorative, Chair yoga, specializing in Gentle Yoga for all.

About the lesson

Filling out a questionaire so that I may assess and fulfill all of the students needs and concerns.

I have worked with students of all ages ranging from 8-89 years old. From the most athletic to those with limited range of motion, utilizing my specialized cross training to create a truly unique and fulfilling experience.
