About Su
Im a certified 500 hours Kripalu/Pranakriya yoga/meditation instructor with thousands of additional hours in other styles of yoga, including Tri Yoga, Yvengar, Prajna and Gong Yoga as well as certifications in pilates, Qi Gong, martial arts and holistic health. I was a certified ACE personal trainer for over 16 years, and danced ballet, jazz and modern as well. I"ve taught workshops in many differerent institutions on the mainland as well as here in Hawaii, including addictions centers, retreats, corporations, hospitals and various wellness and chiropractic centers. I have my own personal yoga studio here in Kahaluu, Hawaii, where I assess and customize yoga and yoga therapy practices for a wide range of clients. I teach yoga in order to be truly helpful, and enjoy sharing my knowledge and passion for healing with all those who come my way, as always, in the true Aloha spirit.
Thousands of hours teaching, training and presenting workshops throughout the US mainland. Certified 500 hours Kriplau/Pranakriya yoga instructor, along with 200 hours combined Yvengar and Kriplau program. ACE-certified personal trainer for 15 plus years, black belt martial arts, additional certificates in Holistic Health, Postural Restructuring, Sound Healing, and Addictions management.

I give each prospective client a one-hour- and fifteen minute assessment, which helps me determine weak/tight or strong/open areas of the physical body. Based on the results, I design a yoga/yoga therapy practice that is tailored to their physical needs as well as to the client's personal goals, which I also address in the interview.
