About Jennifer
As a health & life coach and yoga teacher it is truly inspiring to wittness the transformation that is possible by shining the light of awareness. I enjoy educating and empowering individuals, whether on the mat or in life, to create lasting change and realize their visions. I work from three pillars; functional medicine (the body CAN heal and transform), neuroplacticity (you CAN change and accomplish things you never thought possible) and spiritual connection (you ARE always supported.

Coaching starts with a 30 minute free discovery call. The coach client relationship is key to the process, so we need to make sure we are a good fit. I typically recommend a 12 week program in order to establish a good foundation for lasting change.
Yoga can be scheduled immediately and I will send a preferences form so that I can currate our session to meet your needs. If you prefer, I offer a 15 minute phone consult before scheduling.
