About Jen

quirky, fun and doable yoga for Every Body.

I'm a 500hr ryt. with training in trauma informed yoga. I believe in the power of yoga. The understanding of breath and body and acceptance of life as a joy.

I began yoga as a woman trying to figure out purpose. The more I learn, the more I want to share. I'm here to bring guidance, accountability and humor.

I also work with children, having 25yrs experience in teaching and childcare.

I love meeting people. Laughing and connecting. Bringing meaning and guidance.

it's so important for me to provide honesty and encouragement to others.

I have 500hrs of yoga training with focus on Trauma Informed Yoga.

I teach online class through MINDBODY as well as in person classes in Dowtown GR on the weekends.
