About Tori
I have trained in all sorts of yoga modalities including therapeutic yoga, mindfulness based yoga, yoga Nidra, children’s yoga, and yoga for all body sizes and abilities. One of my passion is helping individuals make yoga work for them no matter their age or physical or mental ability. At the moment I teach restorative yoga, kids yoga, mindfulness based yoga for recovery, and vinyasa yoga. I love weaving in bits and pieces of yoga philosophy to enhance the class, and encourage each student to be the leader of their practice, while I’m just a helpful guide.

For individuals/small group: I like to sit down for 30 minutes to an hour just getting to know your desires and how I can best help.
for Classes/large groups: I am willing to work with what people say they want or need, but I’m also willing to plan a class without input.
For Children groups: I can run classes Based off themes! If there is a particular theme, like dinosaurs, you would want me to incorporate, I’m happy to do so.
For children individual: the first meeting would be getting to know your child and letting him or her know me. Each session may or may not include yoga poses, essential oils, games, books, emotional Intelligence worksheets, art and guided meditation.
