About Michelle
All of my sessions are customized to what my clients are looking to achieve. Whether you are looking to increase flexibility, improve mobility, find awareness, recovering from an injury my sessions are for you.
Each session is thoughtfully planned based on my clients needs and wants. Better golf swing, more flexibility for weight training or rehabbing an injury.
I do this because I love helping others! I want all my clients to walkway saying they feel better than when they first came for a session. My goal is to inspire, encourage and uplift all of my clients.
