I create custom, progressive yoga sequences and meditation series' based on the goals/wants/needs of the student.

I come to you - so you are able to enjoy your practice in a setting that is familiar and comfortable to you.

I find joy in movement! I workout because I love my body, not because I hate it. I am in awe of this vessel that I have been blessed with and I honor it by playing yoga, sitting in meditation, and pushing it to some limits with high intensity interval training.

I am a huge fan of modifications - I believe anyone can get in a solid sweat-drenched workout (if that's what you're going for!) no matter if he/she/they is standing, sitting, or laying down.

I love shifting mindsets and conversations about the accessibility and inclusivity of fitness/excercise/yoga. If you have a body, you are allowed to move it. And there are ways in which to do so at any stage or status of mobility.

Finding joy in movement is available to all of us. It is my passion, my mission, to share the joy that I have cultivated while encourage others to find their own joy in moving their own beautiful bodies.

Radical acts of self-love look and feel different for everyone. I've found mine through movement - I hope you can, too. And together we can celebrate it!

All kinds of students! Beginners just starting a wellness journey, seasoned yogis, meditators, and fitness enthusiasts, people recovering from foot and shoulder injuries, high-powered executives, new moms, elderly adults, and anyone in between! If you have a desire to move your body, let's work together to make it happen.

1. Ask all the questions you want - that are related to the service in which you are thinking of hiring the teacher. You have a right to know who you are going to be working with.

2. If at any time you do not feel safe, end the working relationship with the teacher.

3. Self-care is most important, always! If you feel any sharp pains during your exercise, speak up, then gently move out of the pose or posture that was causing the pain.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Think through all the questions, curiosities, and concerns you might have and ask about everything. Do not hold back - this is a time when no question is a bad question. Transparent communication with a teacher about your needs will help develop a solid foundation for a working relationship.
