About Paige

My goal is to teach you all you need to know so you may continue to live a healthy and happy lifestyle without my help! I've been a coach and instructor for 6 years and want to give each client the best personal experience. I have my 200 hour yoga teacher training

I've always loved yoga and I want to help everyone see how yoga and meditation can improve their lives.
