As your trainer, I believe in pacing the speed at which your training begins to tailor the best approach to your fitness goals. Achieving your fitness goals starts with a balance followed by the building of core strength in which will allow the new student to adapt from their current fitness level to an intermediate and eventual advance levels of strength and endurance while avoiding injury so you may reach your ultimate fitness goals! (we love results, it will take pushing you hard but you can win)!
