About Iris

I have worked with students ranging from hobbiest fitness enthusiasts to chronic pain sufferers improve their ability to execute movement, improve conditioning, and reduce chronic pain.

I enjoy helpjng students achieve goals they may not have thought were possible through mobility drills, yoga, and therapeutics.
