About Hannah
I teach yoga and mindfulness to people of all ages and abilities. My approach is fun and judgement free. I encourage my students to dig deep in their yoga practice, to practice mindfully and release ego. It’s not where we go that matters but how we get there.
I have my 200hr yoga certification from White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara CA. I have another 200hr yoga training from Pranavah Yoga LIC as well as a Barre certification.

First I like to schedule a 15minute discovery call where we talk about your goals and get a feel for each other to see if we’d be a good fit working together. Our first session together, depending on your background, tends to be a slower flow to assess where your body and practice is at.
