About Brittany
I have fallen in love with yoga do to medical issues when I was younger and since then my passion has grown as well as my passion to help assist those on their journey to wellness.
I love the results that my clients get from mental to physical it’s very rewarding it.

I have studied with Lex Gillian from the yoga institute here in Houston. when living in New Zealand I studied with Iyengar trained instructor Mandi white, classical barre and yoga with Barbara Dawson.

I get an in-depth questionnaire filled out from my students and then I tailor a practice from there. I enjoy one on one it is where I see my students most growth
I was sick as a Child and yoga was a great outlet
Make sure you are taken step by step with proper alignment before moving to fast paced. As a very beginner steer away from vinyasa
