About Lizabeth
I have been teaching yoga and meditation, including nature based meditation, since 2009. I am passionate about sharing these practices with others because they have helped me so much in my own life.
I am a 500 RYT and have been teaching yoga and meditation since 2009. I also have a masterʻs degree in ecopsychology from Naropa University.
