About BILL
I am continuosly learning about yoga and the latest teaching techniques so that, I can tailor each lesson to the student based on thier own individulal needs. I make sure to address safety, stability and alignment. Treating each student with integrity, and compassion, while at the same time encouraging them to step out of thier comfort zone so they can grow.
Fell in Love with the practice and it really helped me to process a number of different things so I had an inate desire to share yoga with others.
