About Fernanda
I have received my teaching in the best schools in India. I am trained to do an integrative approach that includes meditation, Sattva kriya kundalini, and asana. I am also a holistic medicine student. Yoga is a way of life and it takes you well beyond your mat.
My passion is to heal and elevate one's being by using natural and holistic approaches. I love yoga because it works with the body, mind, and soul in the most subtle level of energy. My goal is to design classes that are exactly for your needs.
I started with my own practice 5 years ago. I fell in love with yoga that I decided it was time for me to become an instructor.
I have recieved my Yoga training certification from the Himalayas, Rishikesh, India.
