About Stacey

With over 13 years experience, Stacey is an E-RYT 500, RCYT, RYS 200 as well as a Certified Birth Doula. Since receiving her 200 hour training from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2003 and her Thai Yoga Massage Therapy Certification in 2004, Stacey has taught and worked in various locations, including NJ, NY, the UK, DC and Maryland. In 2012 Stacey received her Doula certification and in 2013 she completed 300 hours of advanced yoga training from Ananda Shala, a Shiva Rea affiliate. Stacey has led eight 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings and has trained over 50 students into teachers.

I came to yoga out of a love for movement and exercise and continued for the endless challenges both on the mat and off.

About the lesson

I typically will have an initial phone consult to discuss exactly what my client is looking for. I gear my private lesson specifically to what my client wants and needs.

I have worked with all students from beginners all the way to advanced; men and women from 12 years old to 76 years old. I have worked with the avid as well as occasional runners, prenatal students, students with back pain, shoulder pain, golfers, skateboarders, snowboarders, and many, many more.
