About Svetlana
I have taught Kundalini Yoga classes around the world since 2001. I have worked with people through all phases of their lives to enhance the body-mind-spirit connection for over 20 years. I was the senior Yoga teacher and leader of the Kundalini Yoga as Body-Oriented Method Psychotherapy program at the Moscow Yoga Federation from 2006 to 2012. I have taught Kundalini Yoga in Bay Area since 2013. From 2005 to 2015, I had the collaboration with a world-famous American psychotherapist, author of bestsellers, professor CIIS, San Francisco, Stuart Sovatsky, PhD. We made the education program “Yoga Approach in Marriage and Family Therapy” and lead this program in California and Russia. In 2017, I created a certificate program for Holistic Health Coach and Integral Body Work.
Svetlana is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher (KRI) and a certified Holotropic BreathworkTM practitioner (GTT), facilitating workshops internationally. I am certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN, NY, NY), Transpersonal Psychotherapist of the European Register (EUROTAS), professional member of American Association of Transpersonal Psychology and Psychotherapy (ATP, Palo Alto, CA), author of Integral Body Work: Dolphin Wave, and the founder and program director of Integral Sveta Inc, CA.
