Real men not only do Yoga, Exceptional men share their knowledge by teaching Yoga & challenging their students. As a woman I appreciate a Yoga class that is fun, creative in its sequencing (non predictable- as it keeps a student listening & engaged) but it must be Challenging as well!
Hank's classes from Flows to long hold Yins are all of that and a tall glass of almond milk! 😊

Hank is an excellent yoga teacher. He will challenge you to grow in your practice as he gives good corrections and guidance while also teaching the importance of breath and relaxation. His gentle nature and funny personality will put you right at ease and promote an all around awesome yoga experience.

Hank made the classes he taught fun but challenging. Sometimes you need a little bit of a faster paced yoga that works your core and Hank's classes definitely provided that.

I love the intensity of his classes, and the overall vibe/feel of of it.
