About Hannah
I have always been interested in activities involving movement from softball to hula hoop dance, basketball to cheerleading, intense work- outs to mindful yoga.
Finding yoga and feeling a click there led me to travel to Rishikesh India in 2016 for 6 weeks to obtain my Yoga Teaching Certification.
I now attend regular Yoga Mala's as well as yoga retreats and workshops. I love learning new things about the mind and body and always try to stay in this state of learning.
I currently teach yoga at the Jefferson City Country Club for the wonderful members there.
