About Beatriz

Almost tipping the scales at 200 pounds, my health hit an all-time low. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, CFS, IBS, Chronic migraines, Spine degeneration and more.

My quality of life was...Who was I kidding? There was no “quality” about the way I was living my life. It was 5 years of suffering Without any answers before I was diagnosed with Fibro and CFS.

A year after being diagnosed with Fibro I was diagnosed with Lupus. I immediately took a stand. I would not allow these setbacks to take over my life. So, I decided to change my life with nutrition and exercise.

I was introduced to juicing, exercising, and practicing positive thoughts, love, and compassion. Through this, I learned that life is a balance. We must attend to all parts of our being.

After a few weeks, I went back to see a specialist and was told that my numbers were not significant enough any more for Lupus but that I had to get checked often and still take medications.

I was happy with the news but, not 100% satisfied with still having some symptoms left. I still had to take medications, but they didn't help with the pain and fatigue. I was also told by Medical professionals that it would never go away.

I thought, if my Lupus diagnosis reverted and many of my pains lessened significantly in just a few weeks of juicing and leading a healthy lifestyle...I CAN HEAL!

I continued with my healthy life style for the mind, body, and soul. It’s been years since that frightening time in my life. Today, I am on ZERO medications and have not had a flare up in MONTHS and I plan to keep it that way!!! (Yes there may be flare ups every few months now or when I loose site of things and let stress take over-bit I know now, how to catch it and stop it!)

There will always be challenges and setbacks. Having the right tools and mindset gets you right back on your feet.

Knowing that the body and mind can heal became a passion and a mission for me. Not just for myself, but for YOU as well.

It does not matter where you came from, how bad of a place you may be at right now, or what you are diagnosed with... YOU can heal and live a healthy and FREE life.

Are YOU ready to...Be Free, Be YOU?

It is so rewarding to hear and witness my clients growth in health, confidence, strentgh and more!

With passion I started right away via the schools I trained. From there, the rest was from word of mouth.
