About Savanah
I am a huge believer that there is no universal rule when it comes to personal transformation. Every body and every soul is unique. I offer a more personalized style of teaching based on the needs of my individual student. I fell in love with yoga about 4 years ago and went on to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in early 2018. I began teaching group vinyasa style classes at Funktional Fitness in Downtown Gilbert Az in April where I also am sent out to different locations to teach yoga classes while representing FunkFit. I found that I began to create and cherish my relationships with various students and genuinely wanted to see them prosper. The beauty of private lessons is you do get that one-on-one attention where I ultimately have found leads to the most progress. Using a blend of asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and meditation I guide people on their journey to manifesting their best lives.
