About Brooke
Hello! Welcome! I am a recently certified 200hr RYT, as well as certified in Trauma-Informed Yoga.
I have practicing yoga for over 5yrs and was instantly hooked on how in just ONE class, my mind could take a break, my body had opened up, and the zen-like vibe I felt afterwards was so freeing and light!
I have been teaching classes online, in person, and most recently taught on a yoga/dental infused humanitarian trip in the Dominican Republic.
Creating an inviting environment, connecting to my students, and guiding them on a small journey to improve their mental and physical health is the absolute best to me!
Whether you're brand new, experienced, looking to incorporate yoga into a fun group event or work place, it would be an honor to guide you!
