Yoga With Rosa is about building relationships with the stduent. The practice of Yoga is the icing on the cake.I am a teacher. I love watching my students grow!!!! Growth can be big or small. I am lucky to be there to experience it with my students. I love watching the faces of my students as they connect with body, mind and spirit. Yoga helped me connect with myself when I was going through a difficult time in my life. I hope to be the teacher to guide my students back to their sense of self and inner peace. I have worked with a wide range of studenst from beginner to advanced. I've worked with athletes as they train fro upcoming events. To studenst who may have suffered injuries and are just getting back on their feet.
I am the most fond of my Sunrise Yoga With Rosa Event. The class was small, but my students really benefited from rolling out their mats in a scenic setting. I especially enjoyed seeing my studnets relax and connect with themselves as we watched the sunrise and got ready for the day ahead of us. There were varying levels in the class but everyone got what they needed that day. It was so exciting and I so appreciated my studenst allowing me to be part of their journey. It was my honor and privledge to lead that event.

I really like how Rosa was patient with me as a beginner. I ma new to yoga and she gently guided me through the class. She offered options for modifications that were really helpful to my body. I felt relaxed in a way that I never have before.
After a long day of teaching...we were blessed with a retreat in her class with soothing yoga poses. I especially loved child's pose to stretch out my lower back and relieve all the tension from the day. I appreciate the time we spent together. I relieved all of the tension from all of my body parts. Rosa brought Corpse Pose to a new level by tucking me in a blanket. Rosa made me feel safe and supported in her space.
I am now in love with Yoga....thank to Rosa of Yoga With Rosa!!! Rosa has been an excellent teacher always calming and supportive. Our weekly yoga sessions have helped me relieve my stress and focus my mind. Thanks to Rosa I feel like a "WARRIOR"
