About Mí

I am a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor focused on wellness and empowering women through their journey. I am also licensed for Zumba and Zumba Gold as well as teach Body Sculpt group fitness classes. I have first hand experience with how transformational focusing on wellness can be. During my personal journey I’ve lost 90+ lbs., discovered a passion for fitness, and have confirmed the importance of balance in mind, body, and spirit. I take a lighthearted but focused approach, as they say laughter is the best medicine!

I fell in love with Reformer Pilates and decided I wanted to share this with other people. I began my training, certifying in Pilates Mat and Yoga so I could begin teaching while working on my Reformer Certification. During my training I fell in love with the practice of yoga in way I never had before. It has brought a richness and peace to my life that I am so very grateful for. I have been blessed to be able to begin teaching right away.

I am a certified in Pilates Mat and Yoga through Yoga Alliance. Also hold certification in Kids Yoga and Yoga Sculpt. Currently working on my Pilates Reformer certification with enough education to instruct as a Student Teacher. I am also certified in CPR/AED and fully insured.

About the lesson

Discuss with student their goals and where they are currently in their journey. Assess their skills and determine best practices for going forward. This is a collabaration, a team effort, I want to do help you acheive your goals.

I have worked with many different types of students from age 6 to 60’s, all body types, and all fitness levels. Very familiar with providing modifications for all bodies and injury awareness.

Find a teacher that specializes in what you are looking for as your time and funds are valuable. Also, find a teacher that you connect personally with as you will be more focused and work harder with a teacher you like.
