About Marcy
My name is Marcy and I am a certified Yoga Alliance yoga instructor. I have been blessed and grateful to be teaching yoga for over ten years. It’s my passion and I hope to make it one of yours as well .
I take time to learn each individual student . I work one on one or up to five students . This gives me the ability to guide each student with their special needs and wants in fulfilling their practice . I make sure they are progressing and enjoying their yoga experience at the same time. That my student is being mindful of their alignment, breath and that they are always safe in their practice . I know many people want to do yoga but feel held back by different beliefs that yoga is not for them . Yoga is for everybody ... it’s healing to the body, mind and soul in so many different ways. All you have to have is a curiosity and an open heart ! Let’s meet on the mat and make this happen 💫
