About Nicolas

Nic is a RYT-200 certified yoga instructor, recently trained in Bali, Indonesia with Akasha Yoga Academy. The yogic lifestyle and meditation have been a part of his life for years and recently he decided to deepen his practice and share the profound journey with others. With passions in all aspects of empowering your body, mind and soul, Nic will help you open the door to a life free of stress.

Using yoga, breathe and meditation to let go of what no longer serves us, so that we may transform and move to a higher state of conciouness. Abundant manifestation for everything we desire is always available.

I got started teaching by developing my own practice to open my mind, body and spirit. Gradually I started exploring more and learning more advanced techniques. Eventually I began teaching private lessons and that decided to get my teaching certificate so that I could reach even more people wanting to change their life.

I have studied yoga and meditation for over 6 years and was recently trained in Bali, Indonesia with Akasha Yoga Academy. There I recieved my RYT-200 teaching certificate that is certfied through Yoga Alliance.

I have worked with all types of students and all different ages.

The recent solar eclipse was magical. I spent the day meditating and setting intentions for my life ahead.
