PeaceRooted provides the WHOLE package of a Yoga class directly to your house. There is nothing missed from the amazingly scented aroma of a insence stick burning, to the props used to guide you through a joyful and amazing Yoga class. Providing the whole package including a friendly face and open hearted Yoga teahcer!

Meeting new people. Not just new people but like minded people. Ones who are trying to better themselves whether its finding strength, inner peace or healing. Their is nothing better than meeting like-minded people.

I started my teaching process through the injury of my back. Shifting my T2 to the left from falling off of a bar. Having a lot of back pain i went to a Yoga class to find that it was the only thing that put my back to ease. . . couples months down the road to find that the back pain no longer exist for me.

About the lesson

We look to meet the student directly where they are with the exact needs and goals the student is looking for. This process provides a safe and fun learning environment for the student and teacher to provide the best results !

I have worked with all students of different shapes and sizes. Different ailments and problems.

Cant say there hasnt been a "type" of student that I have yet to work with yet.

Look for a GOOD teacher. Do not just find a teacher that will come and give you a Yoga class. You must find a teacher that will actually TEACH you Yoga.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Am I trusting of this teachers guidance?

Do I think this teacher will steer me in the right direction?

Do I feel safe in my body trusting this teacher to guide me through a class to reach my desired goal?

What do i wish to learn from and can this teacher honestly provide?
