About Kimberly
From what I’ve been told from people who have taken my classes it is my teaching style, my music and the combination of styles I choose to use. I’m an ERYT 200 recognizes by Yoga Alliance, Silver Sneakers Certified, CPR Certified, and starting my 500 hour certification. All I want to do is get people in to do a few classes a week and see how they feel. My goal is to help people achieve whatever goal they have themselves.
Started teaching at a gym. Started wirh two classes a week and worked my way up to teaching 16 classes a week.
200 Hour Teaching Certification
Silver Sneakers Certified (classes designed for seniors)
CPR Certification
Studying NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine)
