"About 5 months ago, I was involved in a rear end collision that left my neck and upper back in severe pain. Part of my recovery has been going to a massage therapist and it is very common for her to find 4-5 knots in my back each visit. I went a couple of weeks ago and my therapist asked me “what are you doing different, you only have one knot this time”?
