About Ada

In-Person, Over the Phone, or Online Wellness Consultations. Personalized sessions support people in living with purpose, navigating relationships, self-empowerment, energy alignment, building a dream, and developing artistic expression. I help to build practices to heal the mind, body, energy, and increase connection through counseling, energy work, and yoga. I use guided breathwork, meditation, and movement for clients or groups. Yoga adventures are available for booking.

My mission is to heal one mind at a time. I enjoy seeing people light up and live with passion. Watching transformation occur in front of my eyes. I really love serving by creating and doing specialized guided meditations and music.

My teaching career took off when I started doing corporate events. I have always been an educator sharing everything I learn; leadership development, strategic planning, organization, communication, yoga, and mindfulness. I started as an outdoor school counselor for children and doing leadership development for teens. Expanding that work into Crisis Counseling for all ages and teaching de-escalation to unions and law enforcement. I really found the calling to teach once I studied vinyasa meditation and body movement. It inspired me to make Trust The Balance community and education, leading to public speaking at events and festivals.

I have been a healer and educator for over 10 years. Working with individuals and businesses to self actualize and fulfill their purpose. I hold a Bachelor's in Science of Psychology, am an RYS Certified yoga instructor, and am a Reiki practitioner.

About the lesson

I will respond to an inquiry via phone or email. If we decide to work together an intake form will be sent and need to be filled out, which allows us to determine how we can best work together.

I work with students of all ages and levels. From people overcoming trauma to families trying to work better as a unit. I have seen it all. My preferred clients are those who are ready to change their lives and are ready to do the work.

A client recently had a breakthrough after a harsh separation from her partner. She transformed from being depressed barely able to get out of bad to starting her own business after 8 weekly phone sessions. Our focus was on healing the heart wound and managing depression through talk and somatic therapies. Every aspect of her life has changed for the better. Her housing, work, self-love, and more all upgraded as I saw her progress through the assigned actions and exercises. I love seeing the methods used and implemented changing loves!

Details

My base rate is $60 per session with a variety of different packages with prices tailored to the individual or group. There is also a reduced sliding scale option pending an application process to determine the need.

Please let me know if you would like to donate to wellness for all to support people who may not be able to afford my healing sessions. Your dollar goes directly to pay for another person's session.
