About Katy
I have a passion for overall wellness and how to make your nutrition and exercise work for your body and not against it. I help sort through the confusing media messages and find solutions that are individualized and will work long term. I have been helping clients from athletes to medical weight loss since 2011, and created my own company in 2014.
